How Do We Charge?

It’s simple really. We keep credit cards on file for all members in a secure online database. Monthly membership fees, per our contracts, are billed on the first day of every month. For any other type of transaction we will only charge a card once the service and all associated costs have been clearly defined by our staff and approved by the member. For every day transactions members have the option of having BCCG pay a vendor on their behalf, charging back their account at a later time in order to keep their credit card information confidential.

Can I Share My Account?

Members are able (in fact, encouraged!) to share their accounts – but only when keeping it in the family. Parents and other relatives often come to town to visit, and we urge members to share all of the benefits they receive through BCCG with their loved ones at no additional cost.
