Much like the faculty at your son or daughter’s school, we don’t hold hands; we open doors. It’s not our policy to make decisions for your child, but rather we help them to fully understand all of their options so that they can make a more informed choice, pointing them in the right direction and offering guidance when asked.

We hold ourselves highly accountable for the services we provide, but we respect the privacy of our members and do not report back information to families without consent from the student.

I/My child will be living in a full-service building while away at school, complete with its own 24-hour concierge. Additionally, our family has access to various concierge programs as a result of our high credit standing. In light of these circumstances, what would I/my child stand to gain from belonging to BCCG?

A:

Residential building concierges and other concierge services such as that which accompanies an AMEX black card simply do not have the resources that are made available to you through a BCCG membership. We work with a niche clientele, and our affiliate business providers have been hand selected because they are the best in their respective fields in accommodating the specialized needs of international students. Additionally, we are not a team of taskmasters; we are problem solvers. While any company can claim to perform concierge-like services, it’s our consulting capabilities and local area knowledge that provide the most value to our members in helping them to make the best decisions possible for any given request.
