Anthony Rich,
Partner/Chief Operating Officer

A Boston University graduate, Anthony has worked closely with international students and their families for the last 5 years. Having attended boarding schools with a large international presence, he has an acute understanding of the difficulties that many of these students face when moving so far from home. Upon completion of his collegiate studies, Anthony started a few different local businesses that in varying degrees have all catered to the needs of the international college student demographic. These experiences have culminated into what is now Boston Collegiate Consulting Group. Anthony is also a managing partner in his family’s brokerage and construction company, Northeast Development and Investment.

Andrew Haddad,
Partner/Director of Hospitality

A Northeastern University graduate, in the last 5 years Andrew has successfully opened and run three different businesses in the greater Boston area. His entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude is a valuable asset for the clients on whose behalf he negotiates on a weekly basis. With experience spanning the financial, real estate, retail and entertainment worlds, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to our staff and our members.

Paul Launie,
Managing Officer

Paul interned for a large local advertising firm, Hill Holliday, during his senior year at Boston College where he later accepted a full-time position a few weeks after graduating. Having worked the last 2 years as an account manager, Paul recently parted ways with the agency to become one of BCCG’s first full-time advisors, and facilitates a variety services for members and their families on a daily basis.

Elizabeth Chaplin,
Vendor Relations

Elizabeth Chaplin majored in advertising with a concentration in sociology at Boston University. She began working in promotions at various nightclubs and continues to expand that network through hosting and event planning. Elizabeth applies her communication background and nightlife experience to spearhead media relations and events. As an avid traveler, her international background offers insight to the needs and desires of BCCG’s clientele.

A current Suffolk University student where he double majors in Marketing and Public Relations, Evan’s impressive lay of the land and strong local network has been a welcome addition to the BCCG team. His ability to successfully juggle both a full school schedule and a full-time work schedule speaks volumes of his strong work ethic and tenacity, which he brings into every client interaction. His leadership skills, in addition to his ability to wear many hats in his dealings with members, enable him to be one of our top contributors.

Chi Bang,
Director of Wellness

Chi comes to BCCG with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of health and fitness. With a degree in pre-med, he began his career as a personal trainer in Boston back in 1998. After splitting time between personal training, working in hospitals, and other areas of the health industry, he decided to forego medical school and turn his efforts toward a full-time personal training business. It was there that Chi found something he valued and enjoyed, and that served to fulfill what he desired most in wanting to become a physician: the ability to help people be well. Chi currently works with nationally ranked junior tennis players and has also worked with David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox on off-season diets and strength programs. He took his work to an international level when he was hired to train Olympic soccer athletes at the Athens 2004 summer Olympics.

Nancy brings a sense of professionalism and lively enthusiasm to our office. Currently a Public Relations major and Business Minor at Suffolk University, Nancy's many talents and international background serve as a valuable asset to the BCCG team. In addition to being multi-lingual, her eagerness to assume responsibility and attain success in all endeavors only adds to the growth of the company as a whole. Nancy accepts every challenge with confidence and positivity, producing strong results in any client matter in which she plays a hand. With an impressive network in the greater Boston area, her willingness to share local resources with fellow students continues to benefit both members and affiliates alike.

Anthony has been a staple in the Boston business and legal community for over a decade with strong affiliations throughout the city. Anthony has built his own practice organically from the ground up. His dedication to his legal practice and helping international students throughout Boston is well known. We are fortunate to have Anthony on our team as his experience is invaluable to our clients in their efforts to navigate throughout Boston. Anthony is on-call for all of our members and as our director of legal services a great safe guard for families and our student members.

Mike Cimen,
Ambassador

Mike, a second-generation U.S. citizen whose parents emigrated from Armenia, was born and raised in Watertown, MA. Mike’s intimate knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas as well as the strong relationships he maintains with many of BCCG’s leading business affiliates affords him with the ability to facilitate any client need. An integral part of his family’s custom jewelry business, his dedication to his work and those close to him are core values we seek in any ambassador. Mike speaks fluent Turkish and Armenian, providing an added comfort in welcoming new student members who call those places home.

Matt Albanese,
Director of Career Services

A 2001 graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Matt is a Sales Team Leader & Account Manager for Monster.com, one of the largest employment websites in the world today. Awarded the title of "Monster Idol" for continually exceeding performance expectations, his more than 10 years of diverse sales experience and unique capacity to employ innovative methods in prospecting, winning, and managing business make him a force in the professional community and a tremendous asset to the BCCG members he mentors as they navigate the process of acquiring internships and embark upon new careers.

Marco Amorico,
Director of Travel Services

Marco has been involved with his family's travel company, Access Italy, for the past four years. While Access Italy has been in operations for more than 25 years, Marco has helped grow and brand the now U.S.-based company to its current luxury stature (as evidenced by recent coverage on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Extra, and Billy Costa's TV Diner). Access Italy is renowned for its tours throughout Italy, as well as other popular destinations. Receiving his BA followed by an MBA from Boston University, Marco is both professionally and personally knowledgeable regarding travel and transportation to and from Boston. Born in Italy, growing up in Rome and South Florida, and studying in Boston afforded Marco with the type of global exposure and experience necessary to understand the expectations and needs of the international traveler.

Gaetano attends Boston University's School of Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. A licensed real estate agent since his freshman year in college and a seasoned local, Gaetano enjoys working with other students to make them feel at home here in Boston. With his entrepreneurial spirit coupled with an ability to foster strong relationships with both members and affiliates alike, he's been a great new addition to the BCCG team.
