Residential Real Estate

Most brokerage firms take themselves out of the equation once papers have been passed on a property, but for BCCG this is often the stage in the game that our clients find us the most helpful (whether we brokered the deal or not).

Movers, Organizers & Storage: Booking/coordination of movers and/or storage units needed for your move. We arrange for everything from loading dock reservations and insurance documentation often required by building management offices, to packing supplies and shipments for belongings you may wish to store. Our professional maid crews will even clean, organize, pack and unpack your belongings so you won’t need to lift a finger.

Handymen Repairs, Assemblies & Installations: Access to and coordination of all services needing to be performed by top-notch sub-contractors either in your old or new place of residence.

• Moving out: Removal of wall fixtures (TVs, artwork, etc.) and patching/re-painting of walls. Overall returning your old apartment to its original condition prior to you moving in.

We highly recommend that all of our clients carry comprehensive insurance policies to make sure they are properly covered in the event that their property is lost, stolen or damaged.

Auto Insurance: Anyone who operates a vehicle in the U.S. is legally mandated to have auto insurance, and we have close working relationships with agents from both small and large insurance companies to make sure students have the best coverage for the best possible rate. In the event of an accident, BCCG has the ability to help students with literally everything from filing an accident report to personally transporting your vehicle to be serviced and dropped back off to you when its ready.

Home & Renter’s Insurance: Most luxury buildings require tenants to maintain renter’s insurance policies, but for even those that don’t we able urge students to set one up should anything unforeseen take place. Many of the same agents we work with on auto insurance also write home and renter’s insurance policies, and many times students actually save money by having both.

Personal Property Insurance: In certain instances its recommended to take out additional insurance policies for valuables, such as jewelry and artwork. BCCG helps students and their families to source quotes and policies that make sense for them to ensure their belongings are protected.

We have direct access to branch managers at multiple bank locations across town and on school campuses who are willing to spend time with our clients at no cost to help them get set up with credit cards, bank accounts, or provide assistance with anything else they may need.

BCCG is often called upon to help facilitate monthly payments such as rent and utility bills, and for some clients we are asked by their families to manage a monthly budget. Our ability to receive wires and process credit card payments allows us to make payments for students by either cash, check or company credit card so that students and families do not have to share their personal credit card information in order to make transactions, which for some clients is often preferred. .
