Throughout the years we've accommodated some pretty non-traditional requests, and we continue to encourage our members to come to us with absolutely anything at any time.

A La Carte Services Available

In an effort to help as many students as possible, we also provide a range of A La Carte services which are available to non-members for a pre-determined fee during our normal operating hours of 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. A La Carte clients however do not have access to our member events, member network or any privileges associated with the BCCG membership card.

BCCG has an in-house brokerage firm, Northeast Development & Investment , equipped to accommodate any of your real estate needs from rentals and acquisitions to design, construction and development. Home Improvements, Maintenance & Repairs

Full access to the BCCG network entails having some of the best sub-contractors in the area at your disposal to help you with whatever improvements or upgrades you might want to make to your home. We work with expert cleaning crews who also provide service to some of the city’s premier hotel resident establishments, and our extensive database of local handymen is all you'll ever need to cover off on any others odd jobs you might have in mind.

Moving, Storage & Insurance

Most brokerage firms take themselves out of the equation once papers have been passed on a property, but for BCCG this is often the stage in the game that our clients find us the most helpful (whether we brokered the deal or not).

We are experts in coordinating any of your moving and/or storage needs, and work with only the best companies in the area when providing these services to you. We recommend that all of our clients invest in a renter’s insurance policy that is appropriate for them, and we have knowledgeable professionals on-hand to help our clients do just that in as little time as possible.

BCCG has established relationships with some of the most reputable, high-end luxury motor vehicle companies in Massachusetts. We are well versed in the oftentimes specialized needs of our members in this category, and are expert in facilitating the purchase, lease, trade-in, sale, custom design, shipping and/or insurance policy required for the vehicle you desire.

Our staff is no stranger in dealing with automotive emergencies (accidents, break-downs, violations) the second they happen, and also if needed, we have access to all of the necessary tools to help you get your U.S. driver’s permit and/or driver’s license.

Oftentimes our clients come to us looking to open new credit cards and/or bank accounts, and we have direct access to branch managers at multiple bank locations across town who are willing to spend time with our clients at no cost to help them get set up. We also work exclusively with one of Boston’s top performing financial advisors who offers members (and their families) complimentary consultations to discuss investment opportunities in the states.

Our handpicked team of legal experts is equipped to handle any need that may arise, from real estate closings to criminal litigation. BCCG advisors are always available upon request to accompany members to any legal consultations and/or court proceedings.

Going away, going home, or going abroad, we can facilitate any travel plans our members require.

We work closely with a travel agency that can help to arrange any itinerary, and our extensive partnerships across the hotel, livery, and private jet industries allow us to offer you the finest options at the lowest possible cost.

Our staff is well versed in dealing with issues that may arise over passports and travel visas, and we are able to facilitate any client request in this arena with priority service and expert care.

Our members are privy to an array of deals and discounts at premier health and athletic clubs around town. We've appointed a Director of Wellness, who is available to all members to assist them in creating programs to help accomplish their goals, putting them in touch with other local industry pros when necessary.

We organize weekly wellness events such as boxing and soccer that are open to all members to participate in as much as they like.

Physician Appointments & Medical Emergencies

To help keep members as comfortable as possible while feeling under the weather, we can arrange for at home physician appointments at any time – literally 24 hours day, 7 days a week. In the event that a medical situation is deemed an emergency, someone from our staff is always available to arrive on scene or accompany a member to the hospital.

Boston is an incredible city to explore. Allow us to recommend some of our favorite places to dine, shop, relax and play with VIP treatment and perks along the way. Members have direct access to our online database of tickets, providing you with the best prices available and the ease of ordering and printing your tickets from home.

We love this city and can guarantee you options you would have never found without us.

Our clients are always traveling and we have lots of experience when it comes to tending to their affairs while they’re out of town. Sometimes members need assistance in paying their rent or various other expenses when they are unable to access their accounts properly, and BCCG is able to make these arrangements for clients so that they never fall behind on payments, all the while keeping your information private.

Some other familiar requests we've handled while members are away include, but are by no means limited to: checking mail and receiving packages, letting in housekeepers, caring for pets and plants, servicing cars, etc.

We are conveniently located on Boylston Street in downtown Boston, right across from Boston Public Library, adjacent to the famed Newbury Street shops. We encourage students to use our large, well-outfitted office space as their own whenever they like to meet with tutors, Skype with their friends and families, and convene for school projects in addition to any other uses they might have.

At the present moment, BCCG has a few different incubator projects under way. Our organization is known to both spearhead projects that come about internally, and offer support to projects that are brought to us by members who may require either the proper funding, expertise, or a little bit of both to see their vision come to life. Incubator projects are often made open to the entire BCCG community for input, with opportunities for investment along the way.
