Anthony Rich,
Founder/Head of Real Estate

A Boston University graduate, Anthony has worked closely with international students and their families for the last 8 years. Having attended boarding schools with large international presences, he has an acute understanding of the challenges that many of these students face when moving so far from home. Upon completion of his collegiate studies, Anthony started a few different local businesses, which in varying degrees all catered to the needs of an international college student clientele. Collectively, it was these experiences that culminated into what is now Boston Collegiate Consulting Group. Anthony is also a managing partner in his family’s brokerage and construction company, Northeast Real Estate Group.

Andrew Haddad,
Director of Hospitality

A Northeastern University graduate, in the last 5 years Andrew has successfully opened and run three different businesses in the greater Boston area. His entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude has proven to be a valuable asset for the BCCG clients on whose behalf he negotiates on a daily basis. With a background spanning the financial, real estate, retail and entertainment worlds, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to our staff and our members. Serving as BCCG’s hospitality director, through his extensive local area contacts Andrew personally manages and facilitates all dining and nightlife experiences for our members.

Paul Launie,
Director of Marketing/VIP Client Relations

A Boston College graduate, Paul made a departure from his role as an account manager at one of Boston’s top advertising firms to work directly with BCCG’s founders as he strongly believed in their vision and concept. A pioneer in all of BCCG’s marketing efforts, Paul was responsible for framing and consolidating the company’s message into something more tangible and easily understandable to the BCCG audience, and continues to do so as the company expands into new service categories and across new markets. Acting as quality control for the company’s client service department, Paul personally oversees many of the day to day member requests, working internally with BCCG’s staff and company vendors, and also facilitates key transactions for some of BCCG most VIP clients.

Elizabeth Chaplin,
Co-Office Manager/Head of Client Services

A Boston University graduate, Elizabeth Chaplin has been actively involved with event planning and promotional events in and around Boston for over three years. As a founding employee, her background in communication and experience in the hospitality industry made her the perfect choice to head up both the client services department and media relations for BCCG. Her international background (Elizabeth is also a British citizen) and extensive travel over the years provide her with the insight needed to meet the needs and desires of BCCG’s multi-cultural and multi-national clientele. She also has her real estate license and doubles as an interior designer for many of the company’s real estate clients.

Evan Papanastasiou,
Concierge and Lifestyle Director/Client Services

A Suffolk University graduate, Evan’s impressive lay of the land and strong local network has made him an extremely valuable member of the BCCG team. Acting as one of the company’s lead concierges and lifestyle director, Evan handles a multiple of both client and business affairs requests on a daily basis, and the care and ease with which he facilitates these transactions speaks well to the philosophy and personality of the company. Evan is also a licensed real estate agent and personally manages all real estate needs for BCCG members. While he specializes in the leasing and acquisition of real estate properties, he sets himself apart with the added distinction of being a real estate concierge, and assists clients with absolutely anything they need as it relates to their home, even well after the papers have been signed.

Mike Fleming,
Co-Office Manager/Academic Counselor

A recent Suffolk University graduate, Michael is the latest addition to the BCCG team where he works as both an office manager and an academic counselor to BCCG clients. Michael is available on a daily basis to help facilitate a variety of client requests, but it’s his academic work with students where he really shines. Over the course of the school year he’s been known to help students select and register for courses, stay focused and organized with their various classes and assignments and assist with the editing of papers and presentations. Michael helps students regain confidence in their own ability to excel academically, and while he’s not a replacement for their university advisor he is able to work with students more consistently on one-to-one basis and offer them the time most often required to see real improvements in their studies.

Anthony Rossi,
Director of Legal Affairs

Anthony has been a staple in the Boston business and legal community for over a decade with strong affiliations throughout the city. Anthony has built his own practice organically from the ground up. His dedication to his legal practice and helping international students throughout Boston is well known. We are fortunate to have Anthony on our team as his experience is invaluable to our clients in their efforts to navigate throughout Boston. Anthony is on-call for all of our members and as our director of legal services a great safe guard for families and our student members.

Hanouf Nass,
International Ambassador – Bahrain

Hailing from Bahrain, Hanouf is currently a student at Suffolk University and knows firsthand the trials and tribulations of being an international student living in the Boston area. “When I arrived I soon realized the fact that college was not all fun and games, and there was a lot more work to do and things to learn than I had expected. Any international student will tell you that things here take some getting used to. I had an apartment that needed to be taken care of regularly, a car that also needed attention and a social life I wanted to enjoy. Learning to prioritize and organize my life accordingly grew to be a bigger problem than I had anticipated” she said. Fortunately for Hanouf there was BCCG, a company whose services and vision she embraced so enthusiastically that she now acts as ambassador in her home country, spreading BCCG’s message to high school students who are embarking on their own journeys to the states. “I joined BCCG during my junior year of college and was most disappointed that we had not found each other sooner.” With Hanouf’s help, other incoming students from her area won’t find themselves in such a predicament.

Sebastian Mueller,
International Ambassador – Germany

Originally from Frankfurt and a recent Boston University graduate, Sebastian has lived the life of the ideal BCCG client candidate for the better part of last four years. “I have always been exposed to a very ‘international life’, but when I first committed to attend BU, I was naturally very nervous about what to expect. The first semester was a daily struggle with getting everything organized and finding out what to do next, especially considering I had never been to Boston before. Having someone by your side who knows how the system works and who is available to you at any time is a huge advantage that I wish I had earlier as an international student, as it really would have helped to avoid needless stress and struggle” he said. Now, Sebastian represents BCCG and its values as an ambassador to German clients by being available to them in their native country, linking them to our network of advisors in Boston. Working in Germany allows him the ability to stay in direct contact with clients and their families whenever needed, affording clients the opportunity to have a leg up on their preparation for living in Boston while they are still home. According to Sebastian, “BCCG offers a great value to any international student that wants to put the main focus on school and a great college experience in general.”

Julian Jung,
Real Estate Consultant

Julian brings his very strong real estate and concierge background to the BCCG team. Through his work experience, Julian has developed a strong network domestically as well as internationally. By utilizing his network, Julian is able to help his clients get what they want in Boston, when they want it. He is dedicated to making his clients lives, easier, enjoyable and comfortable.
